What we do together
Where coffee comes from
We start from the plant: where it grows, how it is processed, what sets quality coffee apart from commercial coffee, and how to tell by the aroma.
Guided tasting
We taste several coffees chosen to show different aromas: sweet, chocolatey, spicy or fruity notes. Plain words, even if it is your first time.
Espresso, made by you
Grind, dose, extraction: you see why one espresso tastes bitter and heavy and another is balanced. Then it is your turn at the machine.
The moka pot, then and now
We show you how to make a good moka at home, and you try our moka pump, which brews without a stove.
